Tijuana, Baja California, 16 de marzo de 2021

A partir del anuncio del gobierno de Joseph Biden que pone fin al Protocolo de Protección Migrante (MPP por sus siglas en inglés) e inicia la fase 1 para procesar el ingreso seguro y ordenado de quienes tienen un caso activo ante las cortes de migración y fueron forzados a permanecer en México bajo el MPP, las organizaciones y personas de Tijuana y San Diego abajo firmantes, hemos llevado a cabo un monitoreo de los acontecimientos en el puerto de entrada de la ciudad de Tijuana conocido como El Chaparral.
